This is Peter Stone's Chips (comparable to Breyer Stablemate-size) Quarter Horse. He has had his logo filled in, seams removed, ears, nostrils, jaws and heel bulbs carved, and the end of his tail cut in the current show trend cut - flat-bottomed. He was then handpainted in acrylics to a versatile colored paint. He could be shown as a black and white Paint, or a Grullo Paint, or a Dun Paint, or a Bay Paint - which will be for the new owner to decide. He has 5-colored eyes, and pasteled detailed hooves. The bottoms of his hooves have been painted to look carved. He took 7th of 11 against all sizes and all resins at "Let 'Er Buck Live" in Pendleton, Oregon on the 19th of March 2005. Sold to Lindsey H. of California 4/05.
