Wistful Dreams Studio

I had 4 horses to paint in this batch for Horsing Around. This was the first one finished, and is the Shetland Pony by David Mayer. Prep work involved resculpting his right eye, adding feathering and some hoof on each leg, as well as turning this stallion into a mare. She has a dry bag, and some belly hair added as well. She was handpainted in Acrylics to this black and white English Shetland Pony Mare. She has 5-colored eyes, pinking in corners, a broken blaze with pinking on muzzle, and the cutest little belly! What you can see of her hooves was done in acrylics and pastels. She has my initials JFW and 05 on the bottom of her front hooves. She is owned by Horsing Around and will be at Breyerfest 2005 in Horsing Around's tent.
