Introducing Sorcha Muirne--which means Bright Affection in Scottish--a black and tan Gordon Setter Puppy. Sorcha started life as a World of Dogs Gordon Setter, and the paint job was totally wrong for the true breed. So, I washed her off, let her air dry, and handpainted her right on the resin, using several real Gordon Setter photos and the AKC Breed Standard as a guide. She won the puppy classes in online photo showing several times before she was donated to my online model dog photo showing group as a year end award in December of 2007. She was won by Joanna of Australia! Congratulations, Joanna--I hope she keeps winning for you! |
