This is No Spotting Me Now! He is a Breyer Stablemate G2 Warmblood that I resculpted and handpainted in acrylics to this unusual Appaloosa Sport Horse Gelding. No Spotting Me Now had his old mane and tail removed; his left ear was twitched forward; a braided mane and forelock were sculpted; new gelding parts sculpted; and a "pulled" tail sculpted - which in the show world means that they pulled the hairs along his tail bone at the top, so the hair falls the same length off the end - it saves them from braiding it this way, which is required if showing in Hunter-type classes. This boy was my very first braid job, and while it is not perfect, I think it turned out pretty good! Thanks Charlotte for spurring me into the English non-hairy side of horsey Sculpting! HEE! No Spotting Me Now is not for sale; he is part of my show string! |
