Ariel started life as Breyer's Stablemate Old Mold Arabian Mare. She, like her foal Kyndwr, has a resin horn by Tammy Abbey of Abbeyinc Studios. She has had her seams sanded, logo removed, ears, nostrils, jaws and goat hooves carved; a new mane, forelock and tail were added as well as leg feathering. She was then handpainted in acrylics to this lovely silver/black mare with a white blaze and green eyes. Ariel is owned by Jen MacLeod. |
