Baxter is another one that I made for my son Stephen. Baxter started life as the Schleich German Shepherd Puppy. I did no prep work, just washed him off and started painting right on the model. He does have several coats of finish spray. Baxter has lots of little details like 4-colored eyes; teeth and gums painted and glossed; paw pads correctly colored; and different colored toenails that are also glossed. He is adorable in person! Baxter is a Photo Show Puppy Breed Champion shown by Stephen who takes his own show photos (with guidance on where props should be from me!!)! Baxter is not for sale. |
