This is the Hadrian Resin, sculpted by Sarah Rose in Stablemate-Scale, and sold by Horsing Around. This is the 10th horse I have painted for Horsing Around. This gorgeous guy had a little prep work, but not too bad to get to painting state. He was handpainted in acrylics to this Steel Dapple Grey, with one white sock, a narrow blaze, and 5-colored eyes. He even has the lightning bolts/cobwebbing on his legs that are typical of Grey horses. He has an amazing face, and my favorite part of him is the upper left side of his neck...in person, he looks so soft that you could touch him and feel satin! He went to Breyerfest 2005 to be displayed and possibly sold by Vanessa of Horsing Around. |
