Another Draft Filly by David Mayer. This filly was painted for Horsing Around, the first in a second series of three I that I have done for them. This little girl is adorable! She was handpainted in acrylics to a deep red, baby chestnut, with 4-colored eyes, pinking in corners, pinked muzzle, cute little blaze, and her base painted to look like sand. She showed at Spring Fever Live in St. Helens, Oregon, where she took first in a HUGE class of ONE, in Drastic Custom Draft/Pony Foal! I was a little disappointed that there was no competition, as she did NAN with her win. She then went on to go up against all big Resins, and one Classic Breyer Pony by my good friend and mentor Charlotte Donahue. The big boys were just too much for her, and she came home with just the one ribbon.
