I had to put this photo in, as I worked hard on the setup! This is Max in a class at Spring Fever Live, Western Games, and the idea is that the horse races up to a cone, the rider leans over and picks up a tennis ball off the cone (while staying in the saddle), races around a stanchion (or marker) with the ball in hand, then stops at the cone, replaces the tennis ball (still staying in the saddle), and races back to the finish line. My tennis ball is a tad too big, but I handmade it and the orange cone! This setup did not do well; but then, I had fun - which is the whole point of ME showing! |
