Introducing Odakota. Odakota was done on the New Breyer G3 Standing Foal mold. In 2006 this mold was only available through the JC Penney Catalog. He is another simple custom, in that he had his jaws and heel bulbs carved, seams sanded and logo removed. He already had little boy parts from Breyer, so he was then sanded and primered and handpainted in acrylics to this handsomely captivating baby Appaloosa Colt. He has tons of tiny hairs painted on his body to achieve this look, and is even more impressive in person. He has appropriate Appaloosa Characteristics such as eye whites, mottling on eyes, muzzle and genitals, stripes on his hooves, and a few ghost spots as well. Odakota was sold via eBay to Xavie Augenblick. Congratulations Xavie! |
