Solar Eclipse is a black Unicorn, done on the Peter Stone Chips Friesian mold. He had a hole drilled in his forehead, then I inserted an amazing resin Unicorn Horn made by Tammy Abbey into his head and glued it into place. After the glue dried I then sculpted it into place, adding a few hairs around it, and adding forelock back in. His hooves were carved into cloven hooves; I added new feathering on his legs; added a goatee; sanded seams; and removed his logo—and he was ready for paint. He was handpainted into this gorgeous sunburnt black, with golden horn and golden hooves. Solar Eclipse is part of my show string and is not for sale.
