This little draft filly has come a LONG way. She is the first model that I painted and finished and didn't like. So, I repainted her AFTER showing her! She started as the Breyer Stablemate G1 Scratching Foal Mold. Seams were sanded and removed; jaws, ears and heelbulbs carved; and then I added feathering to her legs and fur in her ears; and fluffed out her tail a bit to turn her into a Clydesdale foal, using Apoxie Sculpt. She was originally handpainted in acrylics to a bright bay, but she just didn't GRAB your eye. So, after 5 months of her sitting on my shelf, she decided to get repainted. I then handpainted her in acrylics to a baby Black Sabino Foal. She felt right now! She was sold on MH$P in October of 2008 and was named Honeyale by her new owner.
