This shot shows that I have repainted the ears—and thus pretty much the whole head and the mane; and I started repainting the tail and lowering the stockings. Sue wanted a solid horse, and those high whites are indicative of a Paint, not a Quarter Horse, so she asked me to lower the socks and repaint the hooves—and while I was at it, repaint his eyes, too! HEE! When doing the ears, I had to repaint the chestnut on most of the head to try to match them. It looks a little bit different-colored than the rest of the body at this point...sigh. Guess what THAT means!?
