THE Tool

Well, here it is, my most prized tool in sculpting! It has a curved, double-edged blade on one end, and a triangular double-edged blade on the other. This tool is very dangerous!!! I don't know how many times I have embedded the curved point, and the triangular point for that matter, into my thumb, and fleshy part of the palm...well, basically in all appendages on my hand! And it hurts! So, if you buy one of these, be warned...I will not be held responsible for any blood you spill on your sculpture! HA! BUT...it is a valuable tool!!! I use it to carve off seams, logos, sculpt manes, tails and forelocks, and sometimes to fill in holes that are so tiny...you put some Apoxie over the hole, and use that pointy curved tip to nudge it in, flip the blade and scrape off the excess! I also use it to help shape new legs that were done in Apoxie, dremeled to get the general shape, then carve with this to get the shape smooth, and detailed! It is invaluable in prepping resins, works great in deburring manes - and overall is my most used tool. I have only found these in kits at Michaels. I have not tried to find them online.
