This is what it is all about! Look at these two beautiful horses!! To think that Tropical Zipper was done with life—was to end up on a boat to end up on a plate and be eaten somewhere. And her unborn foal discarded—or worse, end up on that same boat and end up on that same plate...sigh. This mare put in all her years of life so that women would not have to suffer hot flashes or mood swings. Tied in a stall days on end with a bag tied up under her tail to collect her pregnant mare urine to make Premarin or some other hormonal drug. Kept pregnant year in and year out—losing her foal after 3 months to who knows what—fillies went into the PMU lines when they were old enough, and colts were sold to slaughter. This foal will NOT be taken from her early. And she will never have to know that inhumane treatment again.
